How It Works
1. Reserve Your Hog
Select your whole or half hog package and place your order. Once reserved, we’ll confirm your harvest date and provide a custom processing form.
Note: For half hogs, processing is scheduled once the full hog is reserved.
2. Customize Your Cuts
Complete your processing form to select how your pork is cut, packaged, and portioned. We’re happy to walk you through the form if you need guidance.
Choose from standard cuts or add specialty options like smoked hams, cured bacon, and custom sausage.
Processing is handled by our trusted, expert partner.
Processing Fees:
Standard custom processing starts at $0.75/lb (hanging weight)
USDA-certified processing starts at $1.00/lb
Hanging weight typically ranges from 200–225 lbs
You’ll pay the processor directly.
3. Home Delivery
Once processing is complete, your pork will be vacuum-sealed, frozen, and delivered directly to your doorstep — ready for your freezer.
