  • Reserve Your Steer: Once you place your deposit, we reserve one of our pasture-raised Akaushi Wagyu steers specifically for you and provide an estimated harvest date.

  • Customize Your Cuts: Before processing, we help you complete a butcher cut sheet, allowing you to customize exactly how your beef is cut, portioned, and packaged — from steaks and roasts to ground beef and specialty cuts.

  • Home Delivery: Once your beef is processed, vacuum-sealed, and frozen, we personally deliver your individually packaged beef directly to your home.

  • Plan for Freezer Space: A whole beef share typically requires a 15–17 cubic foot deep freezer. Quarter and half shares require less space but will still need dedicated freezer storage.
