Wagyu Beef $6.50/lb - Whole/Half/Quarter
All cow reservations require a $500 deposit. This will be applied to your final invoice. Final invoices will be issued once the cow has made it to processing and final hanging weight is established. Total payment is due before the meat is picked up or delivered.
Three Fires Farms will sell whole, registered Akaushi Wagyu for $6.50/lb. of the animal's hanging weight. This excludes all processing & packaging fees & USDA certification- you will pay our processor directly and these range from .90-$1.25/lb.
We tend to raise our cows to 1,500 lbs before harvesting. A 1,500-pound cow (hoof weight) will produce a carcass of about 800-1,100 lbs. (hanging weight) and 600-700 lbs. of packaged meat
We offer reservations for whole, half, or quarter beef shares. Every order requires a $500. deposit. Please email or call for current availability and to reserve your share.

How It Works
1. Reserve Your Share
To reserve your beef share, email us at hello@threefiresfarms.com for current availability and upcoming harvest dates.
Once your cow is reserved, we’ll confirm your harvest date and provide a custom processing form.
Note: For half and quarter shares, harvest dates are assigned once the entire cow is fully reserved.
2. Customize Your Cuts
Complete your custom processing form to select exactly how you want your beef cut, packaged, and portioned.
Need help? We’ll walk you through the process and answer any questions.
Our expert processor ensures every cut meets the highest quality standards.
3. Home Delivery
After processing, your beef — individually cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen — will be delivered directly to your doorstep, ready for your freezer.
